FAQ - Traffic School

Question:
Will traffic school prevent points from going on my record?

Answer:

Many states will allow you to take traffic school and points will be removed from your driving license record. It is important to contact the clerk of court and receive permission before taking traffic school.

If the speeding ticket will still show on your driving record your insurance company may still assess insurance points and your premiums will increase. Be sure to confirm that by taking traffic school the traffic ticket will not appear on your record.
